Small Business Success Accelerator Program Overview
Week 1 (Welcome & Foundation)
Session Title: “Start Strong: Build Self-Awareness, Connection, and Clarity”
Outcome: Participants will establish trust within the group, gain insight into their leadership style, clarify their personal “why,” and identify key strengths and challenges - laying the foundation for intentional growth and peer collaboration throughout the program.
Week 2 (Relationships & People Skills)
Session Title: “People Power: High-Value Skills That Create Opportunity”
Outcome: Participants will strengthen their communication and collaboration skills, building trust and connection to enhance relationships and business outcomes.
Week 3 (Marketing)
Session Title: “Clarify Your Message, Attract the Right Audience”
Outcome: Participants will learn to express what makes their work meaningful in a way that truly connects with people.
Week 4 (Sales)
Session Title: “From Conversations to Conversions”
Outcome: Participants will learn to share their message with clarity and confidence and turn those words into real opportunities.
Week 5 (Operations & Efficiency)
Session Title: “Scale with Confidence and Freedom”
Outcome: Participants will learn to streamline their operations by identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement, leveraging technology, external resources, and key metrics to boost productivity.
Week 6 (Financial Management Essentials)
Session Title: “Unlock Profitability and Sustainable Growth”
Outcome: Participants will develop practical skills to manage expenses, drive profitability, and make informed financial decisions.
Week 7 (Employee Engagement)
Session Title: “Lead with Intention”
Outcome: Participants will explore and practice how to lead with clarity and purpose — whether guiding others or holding themselves accountable.
Week 8 (Founder Mindset)
Session Title:“Shift from Operator to Architect”
Outcome: Participants will uncover beliefs and habits that limit their business and relationships and commit to a new mindset that creates space for growth and freedom.

Step 1: Complete Application

Step 2: Conduct Phone Interview
(A SBSA Facilitator will contact you to schedule a 5-10 minute phone interview)
Step 3: Receive Acceptance
Applicants will be notified on a rolling basis. All applicants will be notified by February 15th.
Step 4: Complete Registration Process (Contract & Payment)
Payment can be made in two equal installments. First 50% is due upon completion of registration. Final 50% is due one day prior to the start of the program. Payment is non-refundable. Application does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance does not obligate participation.
SBSA Fees:
Current PVP Chamber Member - $1095 (Early bird rate - $995 - Applications submitted by December 31, 2025)
Non-member Rate - $1495 (Includes a one-year PVP Chamber membership)
