LOCAL FIRST is an economic development campaign adopted by the PVP Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by the cities of Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates. The campaign goal is to develop and implement the marketing of businesses located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula with the cooperation and support of the four Peninsula municipalities.
